Ingredients:

500g big clams
1 tablespoon of sugar
3 tablespoon of vegetable oil
3 pieces fresh chili, sliced
1 teaspoon lemon grass, thin sliced
1/2 teaspoon oyster sauce
1/2 teaspoon fish sauce
1chicken base cube
1 tablespoon chopped gaarlic
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
3 tablespoon water (optional)
Directions:
Place clams in a boiling pot to make it open, remove and set aside. Browned garlic with oil in a large skillet over high heat, add clams follow with oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar, lemon grass, chili and chicken base cube. Keep it stir consistanntly, just enough for the clams to be cooked and absorb all the ingredients (at this point you may add water if you'd like it to be a bit watery), bring it to your taste and remove from the stove.
Place in serving plate and sprinkle with cilantro. Serve hot with steam rice.
