Ingredients:
300g large squid, cleaned and cut to your favourite shape either an X
100g green bean, cut in half
100g red bell peppers, deseeded and cut it to strip or chunked
50g onion, big strip
3 tablespoons chili sauce
2 tablespoons garlic, diced
2 tablespoons ginger toot, diced
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1-2 teaspoon sugar
2-3 tablespoon sesame oil
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
Directions:
Mixed seasoning: soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and chili sauce.
In a medium skillet over medium heat, add vegetable oil (wait till the oil gets really hot), browned garlic and ginger and add squid, leave it for a few minutes till some of the water from squid had decrease and add your mixed seasoning. Stir it to absorb and add vegetable, let it cook for a few minutes and remove it to the plate, serve it hot for a great taste.
