Special Steam Pork Ribs

Ingredients:
500g pork ribs, cut along The ribs
1/2 cup peach, square cut
100g black Chinese mushroom
2pcs leek, sliced
1 tablespoon cilantro, sliced
1 tablespoon whiskey or white wine
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 teaspoon all purpose flour
2 teaspoon chicken powder
1 teaspoon black peppers
4-5 tablespoon vegetable oil
Directions:

Steam pork ribs in a steaming pot over medium heat for 20 minutes or till it it fully cooked and soften.  Then mix with chicken powder, black peppers, all purpose flour and put in a skillet to be deep fry till it turn golden color, remove from the skillet to be drained and put it back to steam.  Add leek, whiskey or white wine, chicken broth and cilantro.  Continue to steam for about 8 minutes, add needle mushroom and peach and steam for another 2 minutes and turn off the stove.  Let it sit in the there at least 1-2 minutes before take it out of the steaming pot.
