Stir Fry Mixed Veggies with Oyster Sauce


Ingredients:
250g broccoli, chunked
100g of each red and green bell peppers, strip or chunked
100g carrot, strip or sliced
100 g green beans, cut in half
50g green onion, sliced
2 pcs fresh chili (add more if you preferred spicy) sliced
1 tablespoon green onion, sliced
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon corn flour
2 tablespoon chicken broth
A little bit of salt and black peppers
2 pcs of finely chopped garlic
2 tablespoon vegetable oil

Directions:
Bring water to boiled in a medium pot, add all vegetable and leave it for a minute or so and rinse with cold water for their freshness and set it aside.


Browned garlic with oil in a medium skillet over medium heat, add all of your vegetables follow with oyster sauce, soy sauce, black peppers and corn flour, let it soak for a minute and add chicken broth.

Bring it to your taste and it’s ready to be served.
