Ingredients:
2 serving
1 lb of large white headless shrimp, cleaned (shell on)
1 piece fresh chili, chopped
20 cloves of garlic, chopped
1/4 cup of vegetable oil
1 teaspoon chicken powder
1 tablespoon cooking wine
1/2 teaspoon of each: salt, black peppers and sugar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Directions:
Heat up a medium pot with cooking oil over medium heat, deep fry the shrimp (please make sure do not over cooked the shrimp, it may not look nice as well as it will taste like rubber band), drain and set aside.
In a medium skillet, browned garlic with 2 tablespoon of cooking oil and add fresh chopped chili , add deep fry shrimp follow with chicken powder, salt, black peppers, sugar and cooking wine. Let it sit for a minute and add sesame oil to be finished.
