Ingredients
- Prawn 200g
- Vermicelli 200g
- Lactarious mushroom 50g, medium sliced
- Wood ear 15g, sliced or chopped
- 1 clove garlic, diced
- 1 teaspoon red bell pepper, sliced or chopped
- 1 teaspoon green onion, sliced or chopped
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon chicken powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
Directions
Put vermicelli in a medium pot with warm water and leave it for about 5 minutes, drain it and set aside.
In a medium steaming pot, lay vermicelli in the bottom, add lactarious mushroom, wood ear, bell pepper follow with prawn and topped with garlic. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, sugar, chicken powder and oil. Put it to steam for a good 20-30 minutes and finish it with green onion.
