Crispy Tilapia


Ingredients
– Clean whole Tilapia
– 1 tablespoon salt
– 1/2 cup crispy flour
– 1 clove chopped garlic
– 2 tablespoon fish sauce
– 1 tablespoon chicken powder
– 2 tablespoon lemon juice
– 1 tablespoon sugar
– 2 tablespoon thin sliced lemon grass
– 6 pieces fresh chili, minced
– 2 cups oil for deep frying

Directions
Salted the fish follow with crispy flour and deep fry in large skillet over medium high heat till Both side turn golden brown, take it out and set it on the plate aside.

Mixed garlic with lemon grass, lemon juice, chili, fish sauce, chicken powder and sugar. Bring it to your taste and pour it over the fish to be finish.
