Ingredients:
2 pcs pork chop
2 tablespoon fish sauce
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon chicken powder
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon garlic, fine chopped
1/2 teaspoon black peppers
1/2 teaspoon cilantro, chopped or sliced
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 cup chicken broth
Directions:
Mixed pork chop with 1 tablespoon of fish sauce, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, half of chicken powder, half of sugar and leave it for about 15 minutes, then fry it in a medium skillet over medium heat (make sure do not over cooked the meat), remove from the skillet and set it aside on the plate.
In a mixer, mixed garlic and black peppers and some of the cilantro. Remove from the mixer and put in a small skillet over low heat, stir till it smell good then add the rest of the fish sauce, soy sauce, chicken powder, sugar and chicken broth. Continue to stir till it get a little bit thick and pour it over your pork chop. You may add more cilantro to make it look yummier..
