Ingredients:
1 lb of cleaned, peeled and deveined shrimp
1 small onion, cut into 1cm segments
1 ripe tomato, cut into 1cm segments
2 tablespoon of butter
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon chicken powder
1 teaspoon sugar
A little bit of salt and black peppers
1/2 teaspoon green onion or cilantro,chopped
Directions:
Heat up a large skillet with olive oil and butter over medium-high heat, browned garlic and onion and add tomatoes along with chicken powder, sugar, salt and black peppers to your taste,
Last but not the least, add shrimp and continue to sauté it till the shrimp fully cooked. Remove to the plate and sprinkle with green onion or cilantro on top, serve hot with steam rice.
