Tom Yum Baby Prawn

Good morning everyone!
imageGood to be back and see ya’all here after being absent for a while, due to morning sickness of baby number three.. Congratulation to myself! Lol
I am craving for something sour and spicy, so we’re gonna go with Tom Yum today.  Anyone up for it?
Ingredients:
250g unsalted water baby prawn
100g white mushroom
A little bit of rumdeng, sliced
1 stalk lemongrass, sliced
A little bit of sliced cilantro
A little bit of sliced green onion
A little bit of sliced saw tooth coriander
A little bit of sliced sweet basil
A couple of red fresh chili, sliced
1 pcs of Tom yum paste

1/2-1 tsp salt
1/2-1 tsp sugar
1-2 tsp fish sauce
1/2-1 tsp chicken powder
1-1 1/2 cup of chicken stock or water

Directions:
Baby prawn: rinse with water

White mushroom: shredded to pieces, rinse with water and squeeze off excessive water

Bring chicken stock or water to boiled in a medium stock pot over medium-high heat and add sliced lemongrass and sliced rumdeng.  Then reduced the heat to medium and add shredded mushroom, continue with tom yum paste, salt, sugar, fish sauce and chicken powder.  Let it boil and bring to your taste.  Last, add baby prawn and sliced chili and let it reboil to be finished.
Once it’s ready to be served, placed in a serving bowl and top it off with cilantro, green onion, saw tooth coriander and some more fresh sliced chili for decoration.
