Stir-Fried Quail With Bamboo Shoot


Ingredients:
–  Quail 150g cut to 4-6 pieces
–  1/4 cup carrot strips
–  1.4 cup sliced bamboo shoot
–  1/4 cup sliced bell pepper
–  1/2 teaspoon minced ginger
–  1 tablespoon salt
–  1 tablespoon chicken powder
–  1/4 tablespoon sugar
–  1 tablespoon all purpose flour
–  1/4 cup peanut oil
–  1 tablespoon sesame oil
–  2 tablespoon chicken broth
–  1 tablespoon cooking wine

Directions:
Mixed quail together with chicken powder, salt and all purpose flour.

In medium pot, bring water to boiled and put carrot, bell pepper and bamboo shoot, leave it to soften drain it, put aside.

Brown minced ginger in medium skillet over medium heat, add seasoned quail and peanut oil.  Stir it til golden brown add cooking wine along with chicken broth. Bring it to boiled add carrot, bamboo shoot and bell pepper and sugar, stir and leave it for 1 or 2 minutes.  You may add salt, chicken powder and sugar to your favorite taste and end it with sesame oil.


There, you’ll have a delicious Stir-Fried Quail with Bamboo Shoot.  Serve it with hot rice, if desire.
