Ingredients
2 cups chicken broth
3 pcs egg white
200g Tilapia filet (or any kind you preferred)
4 tablespoons Chinese black mushroom, sliced
4 tablespoons carrot, diced
4 tablespoons celery or leek, diced
4 tablespoon onion, sliced
4 tablespoons mixed green onion and mints, chopped
1 teaspoon chicken powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cilantro, diced or cliced
1/2 teaspoon browned garlic
Directions:
Bring chicken broth to boiled in medium pot over medium low heat and add egg white, mushroom, carrots, celery or leek, green onion and mints. Simmer over medium low heat till all veggies fully cooked and soften, then remove from the stove. Use clean cloth to drain for a nice clear soup and set aside.
Dust salt, some black pepper and chicken powder over your flirt fish and deep fry in medium skillet over medium heat (do not over cook the fish), and put it to steam with sliced for 15 minutes. Remove the fish and onion and put it in a bowl.
Once everything is done, warm up the soup and pour it over the fish in a bowl and sprinkle cilantro and browned garlic to be finished.
Serve hot with steam rice.
