Asian Style Homemade Honey Beef Jerky

Ever wondering how to make a good beef jerky at home?
Today, Thyna.info will share the simple how to make honey beef jerky from the comfort of your own home.  You could also replace honey with any other spice you’d preferred, and if you have any question please feel free to drop a question.

Ingredients:
  • Beef 1lb – sliced


  • Honey – 1 1/2tbsp
  • Sugar – 1ts
  • Black pepper – 1/2tsp
  • Salt – 1/2tbsp
  • Fish sauce – 1/2tbsp
  • Vegetable oil – 1tbsp
  • White sesame seed – 1/2tsp (optional)
  • Dried chili pepper – 1/2tsp (optional)
Black pepper sauce:
  • 1/2tsp fresh ground black pepper
  • 1/2tsp salt
  • 2 slices of lime
Mixed the ingredients together in a small serving bowl.

Directions:
In a medium prep bowl, add all the above ingredients together and mix it well, and put in a zip lock bag or cover plastic container and refrigerated for 2 hours.
Remove from the fridge and the bag and place them in a dry rack and sun dry it a good couple of days until both side well dried.  These jerky could be cook fry, grill or broil.
Serve well with black pepper sauce and carrot pickles (please stay tune for simple carrot carrot pickles).
