- – 1/2 teaspoon green onion, diced
- – 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- – 3 tablespoon tamarind juice
- – 1/4 cup palm tree sugar
- – 1/4 cup fish sauce
- – 1/2 teaspoon cut cilantro
- – 2 teaspoon all-purpose flour
- – 2 cups oil for deep frying
- – Chili sauce – to the taste
Directions
Mixed whole fish with all-purpose flour and deep fry in a large skillet over medium high heat till both side turn golden brown, take it out and set it a side on the plate. Browned chopped garlic with oil in a small skillet and add palm tree sugar, fish sauce, tamarind juice and chili sauce, bring it to boiled and pour it over your cooked fish. Finish it with cilantro and green onion.
