Stir Fry Frog with Ginger Leaves

Ingredients:
300g frog, cleaned and cut into chunked pieces

3-4 pcs ginger leaves, fine sliced

1-2 stalk lemongrass, peel off the outside, cleaned and thin sliced
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp chicken powder
1/2 tsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp fish sauce
1-2 tbsp chicken stock or water
1 red chili, sliced

Directions:
Browned garlic with vegetable oil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, toss in sliced lemongrass and instantly add fish sauce, stir and well add chunked frog.  Reduced the heat to medium and add salt, sugar, oyster sauce and chicken powder.  Stir well and cover your saucepan for a couple of minutes.  Once your pan is getting dry -up, add chicken stock or water, stir occasionally.  Reduced the heat to medium-low and simmer till the meat cook throughly
Tips:  You may add more chicken stock or water if necessary.

Finally, add sliced ginger leaves and adjust to taste.
Tips:  You may add sliced chili and stir in with all the ingredients or leave it out as I have small children that couldn’t eat spicy.
