Special Wings Clay Pot

Ingredients:

  • 250g of chicken drumlets and mild wings
  • 3 cloves of red garlic
  • 1 teaspoon whole peppercorns
  • 2 pcs fresh chili
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar or palm sugar
  • 1 tablespoon chicken powder
  • 1 tablespoon soya sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro


Directions:
Wash and clean drumlets and wings and set aside.

Marinate: Crush whole peppercorns in a mixer then add a little bit of cilantro, fresh chili and red garlic for about 10 second.

Add marinate to cleaned drumlets and wings and add chicken powder, marinate for a couple of hours in a fridge.

Bring chicken broth to boiled in a medium stockpot over medium heat, then add marinate drumlets and mild wings, reduced the heat to medium low and simmer for about 15 minutes then add fish sauce, sugar and soya sauce.  Continue to simmer till the chicken is fully cook and bring it to your taste.


Remove to a serving plate top with the rest of your cilantro and serve with steam rice.
