Shrimp Tofu Soup


Ingredients:
10pcs cleaned, peeled and deveined jumbo shrimp
1 cup tofu sauce
5-6 slices of rumdeng
3 cloves of red garlic and 3 pcs of lime leaf
1/2 cup of mushroom
1 piece of fresh tofu, cut into 6 pcs
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 tbs of fish sauce
3 tbs lemon juice and 1 tbs of chicken powder
2 cups of chicken broth
5 pcs of fresh chili
1/2 teaspoon of sliced cilantro
Directions:
Bring chicken broth to boiled, add rumdeng, red garlic, lime basil and whole chili.  Bring it to boiled again and add shrimp, tofu and mushroom follow with sqlt, fish sauce, chicken powder and lemon juice (you may use less or more than the recommended amount to your taste).  Bring it to boiled and add tofu sauce and let it sit for a minute.

Bring it to serving bowl and sprinkle with cilantro for decoration.
