Prawn with Mixed Vegetables

Ingredients:
250g cleaned whole prawn
50g green beans, cut in half
50g broccoli, cut into small or medium florets
1/4 teaspoon black peppers
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon cooking oil
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon of thicken flour, mixed with 3 tablespoon of water
1 cup of water


Directions:
Bring water to boiled in a pot, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and add broccoli, let it sit for about 30 second, rinse with cold water and put in a fridge to make it crisp or just throw some ice cube on it.

Browned garlic with cooking oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add prawn then throw in your ingredients right away such as sugar, oyster sauce, black peppers, hot sauce and adjust salt to the taste. Stir continuously every 30 second for 1 and 1/2 minutes add green beans, another 30 second add broccoli. Bring it to your taste and add pre-mixed thicken flour to be finished.
Remove to a serving plate and serve with steam rice.
